Support people who've had a stroke to exercise
Description
Volunteers are needed to help at a stroke support exercise group in Dunmow.
The exercise groups are run under the supervision of qualified personnel. Volunteers, assist and supervise members as they exercise. They also serve refreshments.
Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 9.30am to 11.30am.
Volunteers do not need any special skills, but should be physically able to support clients if needed.
