Position title
Lead a Girlguiding group

A Girlguiding Brownie group in Great Dunmow needs a new leader. The group has been running for more than 40 years, providing a safe space for girls aged 7-10 years to learn new skills and make friends, while having lots of fun.

There is a structured Girlguiding programme, with room to improvise and tailor the activities to suit the group.  For the leader, this is a chance to learn new skills and to stretch yourself in terms of trying new things, be they abseiling or baking!

Enthusiasm is all that is required.  Full training will be provided including first response and safe space, with many opportunities to train in other areas including crafts, camp cooking, keeping financial records, taking a Unit away (pack holiday), running a unit.
